This showreel shows clips of my most recent animation and rigging projects.
It includes 2D hand drawn animation, 2D cutout animation and a small showcase of a rig.

Projects
Sense-ble (2021->present)
My first student film that's currently in production.
The film is about a texture-sensitive puffer fish who tries to overcome the struggles of everyday life. The project is dated to be finished in winter 2023.

Majakkasairaala (2022)
This was a commissioned project for TYKS Lighthouse Hospital.
We were tasked to create and animate some recognizable animals from Finnish wildlife.
I created and animated 3 animals seen above. They can be seen alongside other animated animals in the hospital's lobby area.

BEIBIBOOMI (2023)
Beibiboomi (2024) is an animated documentary film by Milja Härkönen, produced by Aalto University.
I assisted in this production as an animation intern from January to August 2023.
My tasks included storyboarding, 2D animating, cleanup and compositing.

Homiecide (2023->)
Animated horror-comedy short film by Inka Kiikeri, Jonna Sorola and me, produced by Turku University of Applied Sciences.
I am in charge of directing this project. My other tasks include writing, animating, cleanup and character design. This project is a graduation film set to be completed in spring 2024.
